CHALLENGE: The existing grades in this pool area were originally set too high allowing water to seep into the house, damaging the interior floors and the exterior structure. The challenge was saving the pool from having the side cut down to a lower level.
SOLUTION: Our solution was to create steps down to the new patio elevation and turn the pool bond beam into a seating wall. The pool bar was converted to a water feature with sculpture as a focal point. The coping, steps and patio were surfaced with imported limestone.
Challenge: Make slope firesafe and useable.
Solution: Remove all vegatation. Grade & plant for fire safety & access
